Service Description

This is a great treatment for those who are new to Massage Therapy, are busy, or new clients. For this treatment you can either get your whole body worked on or 1-3 areas. Provider will determine which is best according to your needs and wants before you get on the table each session. The pressure in the massage is light to medium. It helps with reducing stress and anxiety bringing you back into your body. We incorporate some Myofascial Release(MFR) techniques and stretching to help you relax and let go.
