Service Description

Myofascial Release or MFR is a form of structural bodywork based on osteopathy, which works on the body as a whole to allow the fascial system to return to its correct position, length and function. This is a very slow moving modality due to the nature of the type of tissue which is being targeted. In this session the practitioner can focus on 4 areas of concern or can treat the entire body. The practitioner will ask about your wants and needs before you get on the table every time to better personalize the session for you.
