Service Description

Deep Tissue uses techniques that target the deeper tissues in the body, hence the name. This type of treatment helps with pain reduction and increased function and mobility. In this session the practitioner can focus on 2 or 3 areas of concern or the full-body. We incorporate Myofascial Release(MFR), Neuro-muscular Trigger Point Therapy(NMT), and Sports Massage techniques, along with stretching to help facilitate tension release. The practitioner will ask about your wants and needs before you get on the table every time to better personalize the session for you.
