Service Description

Deep Tissue uses techniques that target the deeper tissues in the body, hence the name. This type of treatment helps with pain reduction and increased function and mobility. In this session the practitioner can give you a full-body treatment. In some cases your needs and wants that you didn't know about can be met as well. We incorporate Myofascial Release(MFR), Neuro-muscular Triggerpoint Therapy(NMT), and Sports Massage techniques, along with stretching to help facilitate tension release. The practiotioner will ask about your wants and needs before you get on the table everytime to better personalize the session for you.
